1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the OlivesBI ERP software and its services. By subscribing, accessing, or using our software, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this document.

2. License and Subscription

2.1 License Grant – Upon subscription, OlivesBI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software according to your selected plan. 2.2 Subscription Period – The subscription is valid for the duration specified in your selected plan and is subject to renewal upon expiration. 2.3 Money-Back Guarantee – We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of subscription. Refunds will be processed upon request within this period. After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued.

3. Customization & Additional Services

3.1 Custom Software Enhancements – OlivesBI provides additional customizations tailored to specific business needs. Customization services are available at an additional cost, determined based on the complexity and volume of work required. 3.2 Integration Services – Businesses requiring third-party software integrations or API connections can request customization services at a negotiated fee.

4. Data Security & Management

4.1 Secure Data Handling – OlivesBI follows strict data security protocols, ensuring all customer data is encrypted, protected, and backed up according to international security standards. 4.2 Client Data Ownership – All data entered into OlivesBI remains the sole property of the subscribing organization. 4.3 Self-Managed Data Option – Organizations preferring to store and manage their data independently can request a self-hosted deployment option, subject to additional configuration and service fees. 4.4 Data Recovery & Backup – OlivesBI provides regular data backups to ensure the protection of business records. Data recovery services may be requested in the event of system failure or data loss.

5. Usage Restrictions

5.1 You may not: • Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of OlivesBI. • Share or resell the software license to third parties without explicit permission. • Use the software for unlawful activities or in a manner that disrupts other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

OlivesBI is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or compatibility with specific third-party software. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software.

7. Termination

7.1 Breach of Terms – Violation of any provision in this Agreement may result in immediate termination of access to OlivesBI without prior notice. 7.2 Data Access After Termination – Upon termination, users will have a 14-day window to retrieve their data before permanent deletion unless an extension is requested.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana and disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the same jurisdiction.

9. Amendments & Updates

OlivesBI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated through official channels, and continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
